This company is currently constructing a fence and garden makeover for a neighbour. Unfortunately these gentleman (using the term very loosely) have no regard for the neighbours of their customer and have left my garden with £100's of pounds worth of damage after I had just spent 3 years & thousands getting it right. I will also likely have to replace a significant number of plants as these guys had no issue standing allover my raised beds and their contents so that they could carry out someone else's work. If you wish to keep the peace with your neighbours I suggest you stay well clear of these cowboys!!!!

Last week, CD Paving resurfaced my neighbour's drive in Fulwood, they parked across my drive and I had to ask them to move in order to use my drive. But worse still, they removed the concrete boundary to my property without my permission, this was not just a boundary but a soil retainer also. When I spoke with the burly man who I thought was the owner, he was aggressive, rude, intimidating and refused to reinstate the boundary. I have to admit as a lone female he scared me. After the intervention of the neighbour, it was told to me by the neighbour that a boundary of sorts would be reinstated by the burly man, but not for two or three weeks time. I think this is very poor and totally unprofessional. If you see this company in your immediate locale, please be very wary and careful when dealing with the burly man and keep an eye on your property. The burly man told me that he was accustomed to dealing with solicitors and courts. The rest of the workforce were less than pleasant also and left their rubbish in my flower pots, even though I asked them not to.

Employed CD Paving to lay us a new garden path. The experience from start to end was a nightmare & very stressful. They pick axed our old path up leaving a lot of damage behind which they have refused to mend. We found empty pop bottles hidden in our flowers after they'd left. We were originally told the whole process would take 3 days. After a week we had to ring 3 times to see when they were coming back to lay the path. Eleven days later they came to lay the cement without any warning so it was a good job I was in or else I would not have been able to enter my property that night. Then 2 days later 3 young lads came to wash the path down. Once again total disregard for our property. We have been left feeling sick, as we have to sort the damage they caused. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Following from my review about parking on the street the company owner came round 2 weeks later to see us, asked what happened? Who was the person I had spoken to? And apologised for the behaviour that we experienced. I explained that we hadn't contacted the company because the rude man had given me the impression he was the boss and had threatened to report me. Hence the only way to get my story out was to put a review on the internet. I received a sincere apology for the distress caused.

This company came to do a neighbour's drive two doors away, brought 5 vehicles including two lorries and two vans. They took over the whole street, blocked people's cars in their drives and when we came home one morning they had parked partly blocking us out so we couldn't get to our property. I walked down to the house where they had some noisy machinery going and shouted to ask if they could move the van parked outside our house. A big burly man took exception and called me rude for shouting..... yet I had done that so he could hear me over the noise of the machines on the drive! He refused to let me explain this and he was rude and argumentative in trying to bully me. But I refused to be bullied and eventually demanded he moved his vehicle as he was causing an obstruction. He demanded he take my name.... which he has no legal right to do. In all a nasty piece of work who employs foreigners who spend time jabbering into their mobile phones when they should be working. Best avoided!
