My gran stayed here and I felt her dignity was not a priority, The staff were lovely but one member seemed more concerned about equipment than my grans condition..she knocked her legs off a stool turned around and did it again. Water was put on a piano top and stayed there most part of the day, these people had dementia so we're unlikely to get a drink unaided. The toilet in corridor had a door that did not close properly and people were exposed. No dignity in that. However that was over two years ago so I was hoping other comments about this home are now more positive..
