If there was an option to give this outfit less than one star, I would. After nearly a year of trying to get a recurrent problem with my car fixed, I finally gave up and went elsewhere when the owner, Colin, admitted that he didn't really know what was wrong with it and that a lot of it was down to, in his words, "guesswork". Luckily I found someone else who does actually specialise in Bongos, as Colin claims to do, who manage to 'guess' what was wrong with the car in the space of half an hour and fixed both the main problem and a couple of other issues that Colin had never even mentioned. The van is now running perfectly, my sanity has returned and I think it's fair to say that County Cars is off the Christmas card list. Completely incompetent.
