Alarm system installed by previous owners went off due to a power cut - incredibly loud - this number was on the box so obviously rang to see what could be done. Woman who answered (said she owned the company) seemed somewhat inconvenienced by the call. Couldn't send someone out for 4 hours. Rather rude and impatient - said it would be £145 call out (which we were told is incredibly expensive) refused to recommend anyone else. When I said I didn't think that was very good she refused to serve us. I've never experienced customer service this awful before. What a load of rubbish. Found someone else on yell (probably wouldn't be right to say who) who sent someone within 45 minutes and was much cheaper.

absolutely shocking service, no customer facing skills here!
engineer brilliant but office staff need to retrain to do something else.
unfortunately a company is only as good as the WHOLE service it offers, not just parts of it.
We have finally moved elsewhere as the constant mistakes from the office cannot be tolerated any longer.
