Pros: Nails are done well.
Cons: DO NOT GO TO KAWAII NAILS IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF SERVICE! you will not be offered a drink or made to feel special. You might even wait in reception for 10mins with out them noticing that you are there! When they are doing nail they will talk to each other in there home language this is often on the phone as well as up and down the salon. The 2 girls who are the worst are in the 2ed and 3rd seat from reception. The lady at the front is the only one on the ball. If run out of things to say the girls in seat 2 and 3 will happily sit there and give themselves a pedicure... DO NOT THINK IT WOULD ENTER THERE HEADS TO SEE IF YOU ARE OK OR WOULD LIKE A DRINK! I went last week with a friend who can speak some Vietnamese and she informed me that when they are not talking about each others lives they are moaning about the customers! I could ony give 1* for the nails being done well, I hope this helps. 26-07-17
