Appalling and dishonest...

Would not recommend. Foul mouthed and only care about money. I asked for a refund on a part that, after I examined it, told them would not fix my problem, and was told to try it anyway.

As suspected, the part didn't fix my problem, and when I asked for a refund, they refused to give me my money back, even though under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 I'm legally entitled to a full refund as the goods were not fit for purpose. Instead I got a credit note, which is no good since I won't be returning there again.

Now I'm having to waste time writing letters to Trading Standards, and may end up having to take this to small claims court for the sake of £15... It's ridiculous, I know, but that's my money, and they're not entitled to it. 04-06-14
