Excellent Butchers. The Quality of the Meat and the prodcue is second to none and I now travel from Brighton to Heathfield to purchase my meat. I can recommend the Pork Suagaes which are fantastic. The Steak and Kidney Pie's and Puddings are out of the world and jammed packed fully of meat with whole pieces of kidney. My Family and I have not had anything as good from any other butcher or major shopping outlets. The Service is great and always get a warm welcome. If you Love Meat then you really do need to visit the shop and try it for yourself. I can also recommend the Fillet Steak as you can really taste the flavour of the meat. Good British Produce served in a good old Family butchers.
