If I could give no stars I would.
The guys arrived at our property and I think the big fella had fell out the wrong side of the bed that morning. His whole attitude stank, real bad and from the start I could tell that everything was going to be too much trouble for them. It was very obvious from the first words that they didn't want to be there, they weren't accommodating in any way. They brought a Luton van and as I had suggested on the phone when booking that it may all fit into a panel van, they decided they were only going to load what they thought was a panel vans worth into this Luton. Leaving about half my furniture in the house still.
So ignoring my requests and making up several excuses, still refusing to fill the van up asked me to pay for the job there and then.
I obviously refused this until they had filled the van.
Long story short they drove off with my furniture, returned 10 minutes later only to dump it on the back drive on the wet.
Absolute bunch of tools and would definitely NOT recommend. 27-02-14
