Very disappointing went to have my tyre fixed after I found I had a flat, being a new car I had no spare just an integral compressor so inflated tyre and because I was on the way home to Chelmsford I went to the nearest garage. On arrival there was a queue and the phone was constantly ringing there were very few staff about and they did not seem to be busy but when I actually got seen I was told it would be 1 hr 15 mins before they would look at it. I then drove 1.6 miles to St Ives Tyre Performance who were so professional NOT LIKE ATS Tyres I was met straightway and the Tyre was fixed in 25 mins. I also noticed that the gentleman in front of me at ATS had also gone to St Ives Tyre Performance would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND
