I deeply regret having had this man and his company to do any work for me. He dragged a 10 day job out for over a year eventually leaving it with trip hazards and other defects. He charges you up front for works and he will not answer concerned phone calls or written communications. I would definitely not your recommend him to anybody and have reported him to Trading Standards.
