As they are members of the Federation of Master Builders, we were confident they would achieve a first-rate job and they didn’t disappoint!
The owner of the company was instantly able to visualize the potential in our loft and gave us exactly what we wanted by maximising every inch of available space. This was particularly important as we needed to fit several rooms within it. He has established good working relationships with local professionals such as an architect, plumber, electricians and plasterers ensuring a high-quality result. The company carried out the work in a respectful and friendly manner - nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to adapt certain elements as we went along, often suggesting improvements to make the best use of space. We were informed of progress at every stage and the company worked extremely hard, showing great pride in their work.
Payment terms are very reasonable and the price for agreed work came in on budget which was important to us.
