Never answers a call, doesn't respond to SMS messages, totally unresponsive. I've used him once before, and he did a decent job albeit a tad expensive, but that was several years ago, and I've been trying to get him to respond for ages now to sort out a current problem - NOTHING.

It's not difficult to at least acknowledge a customer call or SMS, and it's very rude not to do so.

You might want to find someone else if you need your Vauxhall fixing. I'm not wasting any more time with unresponsive Tim 07-08-21
