If you want cowboys then lux splashbacks on coventry rd sheldon are the guys for you!!! We’ve had a horrible experience dealing with this unprofessional company. A year later and im still chasing them to replace a splashback which cracked 3 weeks after they fitted it, to which they replied you should've got toughened so we paid the extra money to get the replacement glass toughened and a year later im still waiting…i’ve spent over £2000 with lux splashbacks and your glass cracked after 3 weeks!!!!!
I would strongly advise you to stay away from these amateurs. Brady has constantly lied to us for over a year…Brady and Craig you should be embarrassed of yourself and this is no way to deal with customers.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered in October 2021, still chasing every time I am given a date but nothing happens, all the time when ask they create new story. Highly unprofessional people.

Ordered in April, still nothing. Poor communication. Don't answer phone. Absolutely no idea when my splash back will be ready.

Staff very helpful when choosing our glass and measuring...this was done in June......we are still waiting poor after care service finding it difficult to speak to a member of staff as no one answers the phone..... Not impressed with how much we have spent hopefully when we do get it fitted it will have been worth all the stress and chasing!
