I had informed the company that i needed a little extra time due to health problems and asked if they could delay my collection. I also asked for a receipt. Both emails were ignored and my skip was collected practically empty. I rang the company only to be called a lier and have the phone put down on me. Until now i thought the company was brilliant - please be careful using this company. They really do treat you like rubbish
