Unprofessional and poor service throughout.
We ordered a skip advising them we would need it just for a week.
We phoned them and they said it would be collected that day (Monday) if not the next day. Well this didn't happen so we phoned them again. He then told us the truck had broken down but he would get someone to collect it. This again didn happen so I phoned again!!!! Our customer also phoned them and was fobbed off too. After that, we were ignored with phone calls not returned.
We finally got the skip collected after 2 weeks of chasing and some stern voicemails.
DO NOT USE IF RELIABILITY IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

Utterly dreadful. Won't collect the skip. Keep telling lies about when they will collect but never do. They even said on the phone that they will just keep telling us false dates and times. Very rude. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

On Saturday the 17th of October 2015 we had a skip delivered, which I was told had just been painted and someone would come and put the company name on it. We were away for two week and while we were away we had a new kitchen fitted. The fitter tried to get them to collect he skip before our return, but did not happen. Since then we have left messages or poke to them on near daily basis and been promised collection on various occasions the skip would be collected. We are not on the 18th of Dec 2015 and the skip is still on our drive. This morning they picked up the phone and then put it down on me when I told them my name and address. We are now going to Trading Standards, we really do not know what to do. They are a shambles, DO NOT USE, the worst company I have ever used.

Paid £50 for hippo bag one day late called them two days later to pick up and have called them a few times more. They are in breach of contract for not fulfilling their end of agreement for not carrying out contract as agreed.

Still after 21st March i have a hippo bag sitting in my driveway, it is my belief take your money and do half a job. Disgusting. Oh, by the way I am still waiting for the hippo bag to be removed
