I thought it was a bit strange too. Although many people were bringing there beloved dogs, I guess it is OK, and my dog seemed happy and healthy when she came back. Maybe the dogs are all drugged for the duration ๐ (joke)
I just thought it strange that as soon as you arrived your dog was quickly taken off you and you could see on CCTV where she was going a little, but that was it. I did feel a bit nervous but they obviously know what they are doing!!
I wondered why I couldn't really go inside and see the set up, all that was explained is that my dog is slowly introduced etc.... (which is fair enough) but I had to just leave quickly (I thought)
My dog was ok but I don't know if I'd take her there again. I'm confused ๐ฃ

Very strange place, did not get a good vibe at all. Then it got stranger, they wouldnt let me see the area my dogs were going to? I started to wonder what they had to hide? They have a fixed camera which is the only way to see the area your dogs go to, only showing a small area of the premises. They have various other parts of the area sealed off and hidden to the public. Personally i would never leave my dogs in a place i havenโt at least seen before. In my opinion the manager Spencer seemed particularly unforgiving and quite uninterested. All of that considered, my gut told me this is not the place for my dogs. I didnt want to comment on the services i received, because i wouldnt let them provide me any services.
