We made an urgent request for end of tenancy cleaning and gave specific dates. A cleaning date was agreed subject to acceptance of quote. A quote could not be produced until a home visit had taken place. So we waited 2 working days for the home visit (from a Thursday to the following Monday morning) which was the same week as the actual clean date (Friday). On Monday morning we received a perfunctory call saying they were too busy and did not have enough staff - there was no proper apology or genuine regret about letting us down. So they did not even do the quote and we were back to square one with trying to find a cleaning service in the next 4 days.
