I started Pilates with Jess 6 months ago and can honestly say that no two sessions have been the same. Although Jess always includes some familiar exercises, she introduces new ones as well, which keep each week varied and interesting.

Jess is an excellent Pilates teacher. Since starting her classes my posture and flexibility have really benefited. She treats each class member individually and is constantly pointing out ways to improve. Above all her classes are fun and I look forward to the session and the general feeling of well-being afterwards.
