The worst experience I have ever had in a phone shop! Took 2 I-Phones into the store to have the cracked screens fixed. When I returned later that day, one phone was completely broken and would not turn on (screen also wasn't fixed), the other phone was also not fixed as we were told he did not have the correct screen in stock (despite being told earlier in the day it would be fixed that day).
