I am a natural sceptic - particularly where alternative therapies are concerned. As such I was not expecting to gain much from a session with Rak but attended due to curiosity more than anything else.

In future I will have an open mind! I cannot begin to explain the difference that the session has made to my overall demeanour and I am glad to say that it appears my phobias of heights and flying are a thing of the past. If you are on the fence just smash that fence to bits and book a session. You wont be disappointed!! 04-04-16

Wow!! All I can say is that I am glad that I contacted Rak, I did wonder if it would be expensive, but I needn't have worried and my treatment has been worth every penny!, my only regret is not coming in sooner.

I have suffered for years with recurrent bouts of nerves and anxiety with zero confidence, I have had problems getting to sleep and until I sat down with Rak I wasn't able to pin point where my problems had started & grown from. After our session I felt stronger and more confident within myself, like there was nothing holding me back anymore.

Rak took the time to listen, he taught me how to switch off and deeply relax, so that I can get a great sleep every night. Rak knows his stuff and just asks all the right questions to get you thinking in different ways - it was like someone turned the light on and I could see my way forward clearly again.

I would recommend Rak to anyone.
