The storage is nice and neat. However, we had the following issues.
1, Hidden charge for the insurance.
When I asked for a quotation, they never mentioned the insurance charge is mandatory. When I have everything scheduled and ready to deliver my stuff into the storage and ready to activate the contract, they gave me the price which is different from the quotation which the insurance charge was added.

2, they charged me a padlock. I had my own padlock but they never asked if I wanted to have the lock. They just assumed I need a padlock and put this into the charge. In the beginning, my wife thought the padlock was free with the contract. When we found out that it is not (the same day), we take that back for refund. They refused to do it and said that the deal is closed. I asked them why they didn't tell us the lock needs to be charged and she asked me why my wife didn't refuse to have the padlock. Shouldn't this be another way around, you ask before you charge?
3, The activation of the contract took me an hour. That means the drivers, friends workers and myself need to wait for an hour to wait for the lady to activate the contract and to open the door of the storage. The driver and the worker complained of course. I just didn't know why they need an hour to do so which we have already scheduled to have this activated.
The opening hours of the storage is not very friendly but we already know before we moved in. The storage is nice and neat. However, you need to ask every single thing such as insurance before they get you the quotation. Maybe all the self storage in this country (UK) behaved like this but it was not in my experience from the foreign countries (United States and Hong Kong). I am not sure if they would get some other strange thing to milk your money. So, just aware of any possible charge.
