Glenn Johnson is a Yoga teacher with over fifteen years teaching experience and well over twenty as a yoga practitioner. He is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (which means that he is authorised to run workshops to teach both yoga teachers in training and other qualified professionals) He is is fully insured. He teaches a classic and traditional style of Hatha Yoga suitable for beginners and intermediate level students covering the practises of asana, pranayama, relaxation and concentration leading to meditation. He also specialises in teaching chair based yoga to those who are less physically mobile
