BRKK (Bognor Regis Karate Kai) in Bognor Regis is a local karate club under the Tsuyoi Ryu foundation, Founded by Sosai Gerry Bryan in the 1980's.
They run two classes a week on Wednesday and Fridays at 2 different venues.
Both are "pay as you train" so "no contracts!"
Though independent of these styles they are similar Shotokan, Kyokushinkai & Goju Ryu.
They do cover self defence, traditional training, aspects of kick-boxing with bag-work etc.
One of the venues is ideal for their traditional training, the other for conditioning, sparring etc; they have use of a boxing ring plus kick-bags too.
Their fees range from £5 - £6 per session.
