Ordered flowers via interflora for my wife and your service was a joke. I paid extra for a 9am-12pm delivery and you delivered the flowers at 12:30hrs. Then had the audacity to write on the delivery note you came at 12:10hrs which is a lie. Because we were home. You strike me as an unprofessional company and I will take this matter further with trading standards and the complaints department at interflora. They need to know what kind of contractors they are dealing with. Pathetic. 


Further more you left the flowers with my neighbour,  then came back to collect the flowers after I rang interflora. How unprofessional is that. 


You ruined the day.  I would never recommend you as a reliable company. EVER.
