Shocking!! Initially he came to fix a broken flush on toilet in ensuite. He broke the base of my toilet and left without saying. We called him back as the toilet was also leaking and pointed out he had smashed the base too. He agreed to replace our whole bathroom suite on his insurance. We waited months for him to order and install it. Then after installing it he was called back another 4 times for leaks behind the toilet and from the heated towel rail that he also installed. Then the toilet was leaking for a fifth time but this time it had began to flow into the adjoining bedroom. He has ignored our calls ever since and we had to call in another plumber. He found 3 separate leaks under our flooring coming from the sink, bath and toilet. Our floor had to be ripped up and replaced, new piping laid as he had damaged the pipes during installation. He had stuck our toilet to the wall with a blob of silicone instead of the proper fixings into the wall. He has cost us a further £350. 29-12-20
