Called this "reputable" company to do an estimate on Thursday. We agreed to do it on a Saturday at 1pm. They didn't turn up I had to call and was given a blasé excuse and that they would be with me soon. No apology nothing!! They turn up and do their measuring - I ask them for a estimate and was told to come to their base in Shepherds Bush. Hmm right-o so on Monday I turn up and get a quote. I ask for an printed estimate, the "gentleman" says I can pick it up from their other base in East Acton or send an email. I chose the email because to run up and down just for a printed estimate was a no go. Monday went and no email so I call on Tuesday morning and was told "I'm busy." So I went into the store on Tuesday afternoon and was met by the guy sitting down doing absolutely NOTHING! Whilst there, I was ridiculed and told quite plainly take my custom elsewhere because he's busy and can't do the invoice. I have never been treated in such disrespect in my life and will gladly take my custom elsewhere.
