We hired this person on 31 May 2014, to take us from Watlington to a point on the map near Wallingford. He had no knowledge of local roads, was unable to read a map, would not permit us to show him how to put a grid reference into his sat nav so that he could get us to where we wanted to go, and ignored our directions, driving around randomly telling us that he had "dropped other walkers off" around the ares. He then charged us considerably more than the agreed amount (£25 instead of the agreed £18) and became rude and aggressive when I objected.

All in all a very unpleasant experience. In future I will stick to big companies and not try and put work in the way of small businesses.
