We were visiting the area, and were recommended this company as they had a Minibus and were reliable. A single vehicle was booked to take 4 adults and 2 small children from hotel in Rugeley to a wedding reception at Cannock Wood, and a Minibus plus another vehicle for return trip at 2230hrs, for 6 adults and 4 small children (all 4 children are under 6). At 2230 a saloon vehicle arrived and we were told that the minibus was delayed and would not arrive until 2255/2300hrs. Four people were taken back to the hotel however 3 adults a 3 small children had to wait until the minibus eventually arrived. After making enquiries it apparently transpired that the owner of the company had gone to Stafford for a night out with friends and insisted that the minibus be sent to collect him although the vehicle had been booked for 2230hrs. Obviously the owner and friends is more important than customers and providing a reliable service. A refund was given however that is not the point very poor service. 05-06-17
