fake Warranty , these are scammers , please do not waste your money and stay away from these , we are currently going to court with what they sold us a dodgy car

very disappointed with mp motors would never recomend to anyone bought two caars from them had issues with both the very same problem and the company were very unhelpful so if you are changing your car please look elsewhere.

Bought a car which developed faults within 4 mths, garage reasonably helpful in the beginning picking the car up from Chester where it was in a garage where I was advised the repairs would likely cost £3k plus they said they would get it to their garage Wilsons in Bolton, I was happy with this until until they said the repairs would cost £400 and requested £200 from me, I refused as the car developed a fault with the transmission and they stated it was just seals, I made a query to Santander the finance co as believed the issue was more than seals. They told me to raise a complaint against the garage and as soon as this happened they said they would no longer pay for repairs and took the old banger away that they'd given me me on loan for 6 days before away. They also returned my car to me unfixed and in a worse condition than it went in ie undrivable. After getting Santander to get an independent inspection done the report stated they believed the car was faulty at purchase and the issue was more than seals and needed the transmission looking at and could cost a lot of money. I have so far been arguing for 6 weeks re the condition of the car, they do not accept the report, have called me a liar and stated I must have paid someone to falsify the independent report, refuse to cancel the loan by me returning the car which cannot be driven, refused a like for like deal but are happy for me to to upgrade my car to a more expensive one and will give me less for car than the current loan I have in exchange. So buyer beware, I am now at the point of taking it to the ombudsman and trading standards.
