We Just had a garage conversion completed in Caerphilly with Caerphilly Home Improvements, the work was carried out at a extremely high standard and all to the latest garage conversion building regulations of Caerphilly Council.

We like to do every thing to the book so it was a pleasure to work with a local builder who thinks and does the same.

I would highly recommend this building firm from Caerphilly for your Garage conversion.

We wanted to have a garage conversion at the side of of our house in Machen Caerphilly, and Caerphilly Home Improvements were recommended to us by a family member.

The owner, is very friendly and polite and arrived for our first meeting on time.

After agreeing the project with him and supplying architects drawings, we agreed a price and contract.

Work started on the agreed day, and his men came more or less every day for the two weeks the job lasted. As the trades came in for the last part of the project, there was the odd quiet day, but we knew this was going to happen.

All his team have been very courteous, and they kept the site clean, especially between our house and our neighbours.

The quality of work, especially the plastering, electrical and plumbing work, has been very good. We have been impressed with the men’s willingness to work late to get things done.

Communications have generally been excellent.

Where there were changes to the job, the costs were agreed straight away, and I would say that Caerphilly Home Improvements have definitely charge a very fair price for the work they have done.

After all the awful stories we have heard from friends about builders, Caerphilly Home Improvements have been brilliant, and we would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Caerphilly Home Improvements on a regular basis over the last 20 years. No task is too small or big and they have always been efficient, reliable and keenly priced.

Caerphilly Home Improvements has tackled Roofing, Garage conversion, Plastering, Guttering, and installation of a bathroom for me as well as outside works such as patio and fencing.

We had a wall removed between kitchen and dining room, internal door blocked up, external door removed and replaced with a window, all new kitchen and appliances fitted with Caerphilly Home Improvements

Everything made new (plastering etc). From quote to completion Caerphilly Home Improvements was informative on local building requirements, asked questions to fully understand our requirements.

Caerphilly Council came and checked the contractors work, and it was up to his very high standards. Any changes that could change their quote price was checked with us before going ahead, some jobs quoted for that did not need to be done was taken off the final invoice.

The electrical contractor J W Electrical from Caerphilly was excellent as well as we needed all new sockets etc.

I highly recommend Caerphilly Home Improvements. I will recommend them to everyone.

Caerphilly Home Improvements were employed by us in March 2015 to fit out two en-suite shower rooms and a cloak room. I can say that the work carried out by Caerphilly Home Improvements was to a very high standard and we were very pleased with the end result.

They always turned up when they said they would ,always acted in a professional manner and were cheerful and a pleasure to have in our house. The lads were very helpful often doing little jobs for us along the way.

With out doubt I would recommend them to carry out any work you maybe considering . There is no need to look any further for other tradesmen. I would describe them as honest, giving value for money and the end result speaks for itself. Excellent!

Caerphilly Home Improvements are extremely passionate and experienced Builders & roofers. They will go into the detail to find out all he needs to know and will address any issues they find.

Caerphilly Home Improvements were also very friendly and helpful and I couldn't recommend them more. The quote was also more than fair and no extras occurred after the job was completed.

We had a new bathroom fitted in Machen Caerphilly and I was very pleased with the standard of the work carried out by Caerphilly Home Improvements

They took their time with the work, which we were pelased with as previous plumbers we've used seem to be only keen to rush through, grab the money and get onto their next job.

When needed, they were able to work longer hours and were a good sounding board for our ideas with the bathroom. They took our ideas on board, and suggested others in terms of layout but very much left us to make the decision on what worked best for us, and not what just made their lives easier.

Methodical and patient throughout, we appreciated the attention to detail of the job, and apart from a change of cistern early into the job (which was our mistake) the job came in on budget.

There were a couple of obstacles on the way, but all options were fully discussed with us and we felt reassured by their explanations, and more involved.

We're not hoping to change the bathroom again for a long time, but would be keen to use Caerphilly Home Improvements again for any other jobs that we or our friends and family may have.

Caerphilly Home Improvements and their team worked to an exceptional standard. My Living room and dining room refurbishment is beautiful as we spend all our time in there. They worked quickly and tidyly. The price was reasonable but work was a very high standard and a quality product. I will be using Caerphilly Home Improvements again for my windows this year and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Could not have wished for better Builders in the Caerphilly Borough.I Am over the moon with the end result. Their workmanship is excellent. Use only quality products, even down to the screws. They are polite, EXTREMELY tidy, would not know that I had had workman completely refitting my bathroom, even after taking off all the tiles as they clean up as they go. I would definitely recommend them. Very professional job. Thank you so very, very much.

At last I have found a building team who turn up on the correct day, know what they are doing, do what they say they will, work hard, behave professionally and finish things to a high standard! Caerphilly Home Improvements Refurbished my lounge and living room area.

They organised all the Carpentry - Plastering - Electrical & plumbing work that was needed and the finish was excellent. They were trustworthy, polite and respectful, I was kept informed about what they were doing, given choices where applicable. Not cheap builders but you get what you pay for in this world.

We have had various works carried out in our private practise in Cathedral Road Cardiff with Caerphilly Home Improvements and his team over the 10 last years or so, these include the complete build of a new extension at rear and a complete roof renewal to main building.
They are honest and very conscientious. It's fair to say that they pride themselves on providing an open and honest service right down to a full clean up and removal of materials upon completion - I have no issue in recommending him to others for any work they may be considering.

Great Builders in Caerphilly.

My husband and i was recommended to these builders by Caswell Jones solicitors in Caerphilly Town Centre as we are new to the area.

They turned up on time to do estimate for us and very kindly explained everything that was needed to be done for our new bungalow in Pontygwindy Road Caerphilly.

We had the whole bungalow plastered and a complete bathroom installation and some other small building work that need to be done before we moved in.

They did a super job and finished 2 days before schedule. We could not ask for a better experience for our new home and life in Caerphilly.
