Sold my details to loads of companies. My telephone number is TPS registered. This does not matter to Verve! and they do not take responsibilty of checking the numbers they somehow aquire. After speaking with the MD who assured me he would look into it and contact me back and have my details removed from his data base,I have heard nothing . I am still recieving calls from other companies (who also do not pay for a TPS checks.) I have asked them how they obtained my details and EVERY TIME they tell me it was from VERVE MEDIA!
My details obviuosly have been sold on without my permission. I would like the money VERVE have made in selling my details on to numerous companies without my permission. As a TPS registered number you are illegally selling/using my information and failing to check your data against the TPS register. i am not and never have given you permission to use my details. I am revoking all termas and conditions agreed to on this review page as I only use it with regard to conatcting you regarding this issue.Your links to 'contact us' all show 'server error' pages making it impossible to reach you. So I am utilising this page. REMOVE ALL OF MY DETAILS FROM ALL DATA BASES YOU HOLD WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!
