The Co op chemist in monmouth is a joke, the staff are rude and there are never enough to help out at dispensary or at the tills. I had handed a prescription in for my son's antibiotics 10 minutes prior and the pharmacist walked out for lunch without doing my son's medication. I have been discriminated against for the type of medication I have to take and judged by the staff so much that I will not take my prescriptions there anymore. I was left sat waiting for 35 minutes one time watching people hand there prescriptions in and them collecting them whilst me and my kids sat and waited.
