I used this guy to do my bathroom. The tiles in many instances are not aligned and finishing is plain poor. The bath creaks. On asking him to do final bits to complete the job he blocked me on WhatsApp and his mobile.

Months later, the bath was leaking and water was flowing downstairs. In desperation I messaged him to come down. he responded promptly and apologised
. He camed down and repaired the leak and tried to repair the newly installed creaky bath. On the back of him coming down, I asked him if he wanted to install a new bathroom my tenants house. Having known his tiling works is plain poor. I bought bath panels.

The day he was to begin working at my tenants property his phone is not reachable. 2 weeks has beed and he hasn't even bothered to respond. Found him on Facebook and asked what happened. He has since deleted Facebook messenger.

My bath is still creaks.

Lesson learnt - pay cheap rates expect cheap characteristics and quality

Use this guy at great risk in both workmanship and his ethics.
