I enquires about a property advertised by Wam Lettings on Right Move. The managing director responded to my email and asked as a result of my enquiry whether I would like to arrange a viewing. I responded that I would and requested a viewing to take place almost immediately. He said he was not available and asked for my availability the following week which I provided. I received no response so emailed again, to be told by him that he was awaiting the keys from the landlady. After almost a week of hearing nothing from him, I discovered on Right Move that a let had been agreed. I can only say that I am disappointed and disgusted by the apparent lies I was told by the managing director of Wam Lettings and will certainly not consider using the company in future.
