When I first contacted Rondo Travel asking for a quote for a group of almost 30 students from Zimbabwe, the response was almost immediate. I was told a colleague would get back to me and almost in the same instance, the colleague made contact. So fast was the response that I initially thought it was a scam.

I received my quotation via email and this worked perfectly for me. I received a lot of help from Mark Wilson with regards to this. When I feared my budget would not allow and wanted certain things cut back but without compromising the quality of the tour, Mark reassuringly said and I quote, “leave that to me for this is what I do best.” Indeed, this is what he does best.

I must say this tour was thoroughly organized. The attention given to detail was impressive.
