THE WORSE SERVICE EVER! NEVER RECOMMEND !!!! DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!

We had a Birthday party, so ordered a taxi 40 minutes in advance to pick us up at 12:15. English lady confirmed twice our details and time we need a taxi.

At 12:25 - we are staying outside in a rain with a little child waiting for a taxi.... Calling them, they saying 2 more minutes, on a way..... Another 10 minutes - no one arrived.... Now operator said: "you booked for 12:30" and hand up .... we waiting (as we already soo late)..... had to go back home, my boy in in tears...
At 12:49 - I received a phone call from a driver, saying that he is here....

Well, kids party started at 12:45... and there is 20 minutes drive even by car...

Horrible service, horrible rude people on a phone, my son's heart broken (mine too), so the day is spoiled.... Will NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.... especially if you are organised people (like us) who booking car in advance, confirming, getting ready, etc.... Whoever owns that business need seriously review their work - such a rubbish !
