This is the second time we have used Inwood Stoves to install a gas fire and have been very happy with the service both times - very friendly, professional, and did a very neat job. Would happily call upon their services again.

Absolutely appalled and disgusted by customer service and misleading advice from Inwood Stoves. I rang to get my gas stove fixed, was told to pay £75 up front for a service and was not given a date, just had to wait for a phone call as to when I could be fit in.
11 days later, the engineer came out, had a little hoover of the hole where the flame comes out and told us it could not be fixed, he then turned off the gas valve. I rang Inwood Stoves to see if we could be refunded some money as no service was carried out just a little hoover, but was told no and her manager would call me. After 4 days and constantly calling them, I heard nothing, so have reported them to trading standards.
Please if you are considering this company, be weary or go elsewhere.

We had a fireplace fitted last Autumn. The owner of this shop did the fitting. First of all he cut a hole in the wrong place in our ceiling. He then put the chimney in wonky. We then had HETAS round to inspect the fitting. Their conclusion was that the route through the ceiling was 'non compliant'. This meant that the hot chimney was in contact with combustible material. Overall a very difficult person to deal with. Best avoided.
