They did work on my roof to fix a problem. The work they did has not fixed the problem, and two other roofers have informed me that the work is sub-standard in every respect.

I could say much more about my interactions with these guys, but at the end of the day, I am massively out of pocket, and now need to pay someone else to fix their work because I don't trust them to come back.
