Nothing has changed, actually worse, he has no idea what the truth is and just leads everyone on. He must think people believe the lies, but anyone can check on traffic or other rubbish excuses. Pay is non existent but he spends and does what he wants and cons and uses people.
Do not have anything to do with him, avoid this nasty liar in all circumstances

Just a lying con man, who doesn't even pay his staff.
Spends all deposits on his personal direct debits and can lie all day and all week.
Shortly to be removed from both Hetas and Association of Chimney Sweeps as he is a con merchant and doesn't have necessary paperwork or insurance.
When too many people chase him he just doesn't answer his phone.
He doesn't live in Elham but at Dymchurch. Good luck, avoid avoid avoid

Read the reviews and take our advice too - do not under any circumstances pay them any money!! We have trusted him twice because he came over as a nice chap and did some plaster work for us the first time which was good. Gave him a deposit for stove and installation, it took months to get it done. It got to the stage that we decided to recover the money which cost us £300, after receiving the letter they did do the installation and we deducted the £300 off the bill. We were pleased with the stove and work. Decided to give him another chance-as everyone deserves at least one- hoping it would be better this time and that he would not have so many family problems to stop him doing business! No, same thing this time, lots of excuses and lies ......we even brought the stove to make it easier for him but now we're recovering the £900 deposit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Avoid this cowboy at all costs. We were promised a wonderful job but the reality has left us seething. Much like the other reviewer we have been left with a half finished firebox with absolutely attrocious brickwork and they have now disappeared with a substantial amount of money and not responding to calls or emails. The job was scheduled for 2 weeks, commenced on the 3rd February 2017, it's now the 1st March and not even half complete. Just hoping the address listed is still current. The lowest star rating I can give is one, it should be zero.

Dealers by with this company had been a complete nightmare from the start. I paid a substantial amount of money to them 8 weeks ago and the only thing I have received in return is a hole knocked in my lounge wall. They are the most awful tradesperson I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. He tells me everyday that someone will turn up and complete my job and every day phones with another excuse as to why nobody has arrived! He has told me so many lies he has forgotten the truth. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
