After being overcharged and it taking two phone calls and a return visit to resolve, a further booking with Landorn Kennels was cancelled by the proprietor less than 14 hours before we where due to leave the country, we had less that 3 hours of the working day to make alternative arrangements. They would not give us an explanation, where rude and unresponsive.
