Thread colour to light, didn't match garment thread colour, one pocket opening half inch narrower than the other, fold on pocket not stitched properly, thought you could have used double stitch instead of single, and the stitching not all that straight, over all somewhat disappointed. looks unprofessional.

Being petite I need everything altering, so I always come to Angie, at A Stitch in Time!! Always really helpful and gives excellent advice on what will look best. The end result is always perfect and this is why I continue to return. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for 1st class alterations. Michelle

Brilliant find in town centre for all alterations, lovely friendly lady who went out of her way to advise me on alterations to my sleeves on my jacket, cannot fault the workmanship, always 10 out of 10 in the past also for numerous things I've had altered, would highly recommend ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜

Fantastic service! I needed an urgent repair to my son's school trousers last week and was directed to A Stitch In Time by a local resident of the City. I presented the trousers to Angela thinking they might not be salvageable! She took one look at them and said no problem, she even offered to repair them as I waited! Angela was very friendly and professional; she repaired the trousers within 5 minutes. The quality of the repair was exceptional, and I will not hesitate to use A Stitch In Time again.

Bought a dress to wear for my sister-in-lawโ€™s wedding which needed taking up as it was too long and fitting around my shoulders. My friend had recently got her wedding dress altered there and recommended them. The ladies at Stitch in Time are so so lovely and they have done an excellent job on my dress! Highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone requiring alterations!

I have had every alteration that I have ever needed done by Angie & her work is first class, she's even made me dresses just from showing her a picture (you don't get many that can do that) & everything has ALWAYS been just as I asked!!!!! I would recommend a stitch in time to anyone. X

Such an amazing experience at a stitch in time. Comfy environment and very friendly! Alterations needed a day before an interview on my suit and this was done for me and the finish was fab. Highly recommend to anyone and everybody.

Angie's work is always amazing, nothing phases her and she can turn stuff around incredible quickly. I have had several suits tailored, lots of trousers and jeans taken up and in, ski pants altered, denim dungarees tailored to fit my daughter etc, always fast and efficient.
