DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE RICHARD CASE ( builder ) FOR ANYTHING, the man takes your money and runs. I asked him to lay my front garden from grass to brick, when they first started they had no respect for their surroundings and other peoples gardens, they chucked and left their rubbish all over everyone else’s gardens. It took months for Richard to get it done as he only works one day at a time then doesn’t turn up for weeks, he doesn’t answer his phone or answer messages u leave him for sometimes weeks at a time then he will turn up out the blue do a day then disappear for weeks yet again. After months of this it was so say finished and paid for £3250, however it was a tripping/slipping hazard and when I had it inspected Richard had used the wrong mix of cement, it yet again took weeks for him to come and start rectifying his work, he sent 2 of his workers to start getting the cement up they didn’t even complete the day they left and was never seen again, I had to get someone else in to finish the job and take away his rubbish, obviously this cost me more money. I am currently waiting for the small claims court to take action as all relevant paperwork has been filed against him, I reiterate UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE RICHARD CASE TO DO ANYTHING YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT
