I called on 25.02.22 to check if I could get a service wash for a blind service user that I support, to be dropped off at 11.00 the next day. A bubbly young lady said yes no problem at all bring it in and it should be done by 4pm.
I attended the laundrette at 11.00 with my service user in the car, I went into the shop and was met with some one with the warmth and charm of a scrap yard Rottwieler. I said that I had brought in a service was, she rolled her eyes and said that it would have to be picked up on Monday afternoon as she already had 5 washes to do. I said that I would have to check if that was OK. My service used said that it would be fine. I returned to the shop and told the person that my service user had agreed to Monday. She then snapped I've got no where to put it.
I told her not to bother as it appeared it would be too much effort for her.
A word of advice if you want some one to come in and use your business do not put your Rottwieler at the entrance. 26-02-22
