They rip off old vulnerable people.they have the worst "customer service" ever experienced.

When my 93 year old mother contacted them last Friday afternoon to say she had lost her keys and wanted to change her locks they offered her a locksmith for 9.00am the next morning but she said she didn't want them until later in the morning to give her more time to try to find her keys. Mum then booked them for 11.00 the Saturday morning and was told she needed to pay the deposit by her debit card immediately and that they wouldn't accept a credit card.

Less than an hour later my mother found her keys in the lining of her handbag and phoned to cancel for the next day. She was then told she had already been charged more than £40 plus VAT and this would not be refunded as this was taken already direct from her bank account and was taken because of their "inconvenience" at the cancelled booking for the next day.

No wonder they wouldn't accept a credit card as she could have cancelled this unreasonable charge. Mum told them her age. there was no sympathy or regard for her age.

Don't support this company that bullies old ladies.
