This surgery doesn't deserve the 1 star but it won't let me leave no stars! You spend your whole morning on the way to work trying to get through to just get an appointment even some advice absolutely anything would help, just to get through 45 minutes later to be told NO all appointments have gone in the horrible tone the receptionists have! I've explained I'm in pain but they don't want to know as usual!! This clinic needs reporting! I cant remember the last time I actually got seen! 08-11-21

Having transferred to this practice near!y two years ago because of the shocking lack of patient care I was experiencing I am pleased to say this was a very good move. The receptionists are understanding kind, and courteous at all times whether it be via phone or face to face. Appointments are always available with both the GP or Practise Nurse and i have always been extremely satisfied with the services provided. I should have moved sooner ! Many thanks ☺ 14-11-17
