I have to say that I love Handleys Bakery. The bread is extremely fresh and fluffy and despite the filling, the bread is tasty in itself!!!

My only little gripe is that there are two ladies in the shop that are very unhelpful, quite rude and not helpful in anyway whatsoever. To my surprise I was served this week by a lovely young girl with blonde hair who was super polite, very willing, helpful and well mannered. A JOY!!!

Please if you read these reviews, pass on to the young girl in the shop that she is doing a super job and she excels the other ladies.

Well done for employing somebody so wonderfully mannered with a smiley face and a polite attitude.

have been into your local shop for your great pies, however I have to complain about the lack of hygiene when dealing/ serving with fresh foods and meat. particle around sandwich bar and meat counter, as yet I have not seen any staff using protective hand gloves, what happens when staff take money off customer then go and make a sandwich or serve fresh meat, I do hope they wash properly when they have to go to toilet, 24-01-16
