Pleasant initial door caller, who booked a survey for the following day (11am) as the surveyor was in the area.
Day of survey, no one has attended, at 3hours plus despite supposedly surveying on the same estate either side of my supposed appointment.
There has NOT been an explanatory phone call despite having my details; they will NOT have my business even if they do even bother to follow up with an explanation / apology.
Real shame the initial caller was pleasant, professional etc., but badly let down by his follow on staff.
Bad luck for them as I was interested in other products the company is (supposedly) able to supply.
