Flaming Useless! - Where as I would have given this Company 5 stars for my stove installation itself as they did a top job installing it (of course where the money is!!!), I can only now rate it one star maximum, due to the appalling way in which I have been treated as a Customer since over a 2 year period. In a nutshell, nothing wrong with the installation itself, but being an older property, a problem with condensation/ dripping tar became apparent shortly after and I've needed help for almost 2 years now to help to put it right. This Company has let me down time and time again during this time, failing to show up with no call most of the time, I've then had to chase them to see what is happening and it has been excuse after excuse. Once or twice is forgiveable if due to sickness or whatever, but we're talking 5-10 times all up now and so much time of my days off wasted waiting in for them, 2-3 times just in the past week or two. When you do call the phone is generally unanswered and e-mails go unanswered as the lady in the office is clearly overworked through no fault of her own and admitted to me that she doesn't always answer the phone else she can't get anything done. Not great when you really need to speak to someone for advice. Installer is very quick to come out to do installations, but clearly don't really want to know about any problems afterwards, no real care for them and clearly prioritise installations over helping with aftersales problems. The stress of it all has affected my health and I can't take any more excuses, so am turning to another company who answer the phone every time after 2-3 rings and are only too glad to help.
